What are your Check in & Check out times?

Our check in is from 3pm until 7pm. We are able to accomodate earlier check in upon request so please get in touch. Should you prefer a contact free check in or are planning on arriving after 7pm just let us know, we can send you the details you will need to check yourselves in. Check out is by 11am, please leave your keys in your room upon departure. 

Is Breakfast included?

Yes! Breakfast is a very important meal for us and we intend to ensure we continue to maintain our high standard.  Each day we will place an order form on your door handle, which we ask you to fill out and place back on your door handle before 7am each morning. You have the option of joining us in the lounge or dining room or for a more cosy morning we can deliver breakfast to you in bed. 

Do you cater for dietry requirements?

Yes. We know everyone is different and we want to make sure everyone feels properly catered for. Please let us know if you have any specialist dietary requirements prior to arrival, we will do our best to cater to all diets. This way we can make sure we have all the things we need.  However we can  cater for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free without prior arrangement.

Do you have any dog friendly rooms?

Yes, Bedroom 1 is our dog friendly room. We are happy to have your dogs join you for breakfast as long as they do not disturb other guests. Please get in touch with us prior to booking if you do wish to bring your furry friends. 

Do you have parking avaliable?

Yes. We have 7 parking spaces on site, these are non reservable and work on a first come first serve basis. We are able to hold spaces for those with mobility issues so please let us know.  All cars are parked at the owners risk. Should the car park be full there is ample road parking just outside the property and two quiet residential roads adjacent to us which also has space for parking.

Do you have EV chargers?

No, not yet. We are working on this and hopefully we will have two EV chargers by August 2022.

We are planning a special occasion, can you help?

We would love to help make your stay extra special. We can add a something special to be placed in your room for your arrival. If there is anything else we can do please just let us know.

I hear you serve freshly baked cakes each day, is this included in our stay?

Yes. A slice of our home baked cake is included in your stay each day. This is served in our lounge or dining room alongside a small bar & snack menu from 1 to 7pm.

Do you sell alcoholic beverages?

Yes, we have a small drinks menu avaliable which is served alonside a snack menu from 1 to 7pm.  Drinks & snacks can be served to your room on request.

Do you have spa facitities?

Unfortunatly not but there is St Micheals hotel and Merchants Manor close by which do offer spa days and treatments. 

Do you have cots and extra beds?

Yes. We have portable cots which can fit in any room (subject to avaliablity). We also have a fold out bed which can be added to certain rooms on request, please get in touch for more information.

How do you take payment?

Rooms may be reserved with a valid credit or debit card. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The outstanding balance for your stay will be charged to the card on file on the day of check-In. Any additional charges incurred during your stay shall be charged to the card on file unless other arrangements have been made.
Payment can be made by debit or credit card. We are a cashless facility.

What is your cancellation policy?

Do you have rooms for guests with limited mobilty?

Bedroom one is on the ground floor which would be best suited for guests with limited mobilty. For more information and other options please see our access statement

What are your cleaning proceedures?

Those who have stayed with us before will know of our high standards of cleaning and attention to detail.

  • Rooms are serviced daily. Should you wish for us not to enter your room duruing your stay there is a tick box to opt out of housekeeping on the breakfast form. Should you wish for any amenities to be changed please let one of the staff know over the course of the morning. 

Can I still travel if I have Covid-19? 

It is essential that you do not travel if you are unwell or demonstrating any symptoms of COVID-19. We ask you to contact us should you have any concerns for your health prior to your trip.

Should you develop any symptoms during your stay we ask you let us know and to immediately head home to self isolate.
